Diving Deep with Anna Pasco Bolta

Podception & Cave Diving

While recording LIVE for the first time via the new Clubhouse App, the boys talk about Jordan's new performance video "Daily Bread," and the background story of how it got made. They also talk to the producer Jordan often works with, TIm Hecking, about the process and ideas in Jordan's new album. Then, an immigrant's perspective on foreign institutions, and how some rich, white people made a big mistake on national German television.

The Artsy Fartsy Guide to the Galaxy

This week, the boys bring you an episode dedicated to the books that changed their lives as boys, and as young adults. From the Harry Potter series, to The Wave, they dive into the different books that are passed around the classroom in America compared to Germany, and how a lot of the movie adaptations are disappointing. They also touch on the films that worked, and why. Got a book that changed your life? Write us an email!

Finding Your Coral

Jordan and Moe meet over Skype this week to discuss the idea of
moving across the world as a young, fresh college grad. Approached
by a friend in the states, the question comes to mind -- "Where would you go if you
had a visa, and no responsibility?" This leads to a grand EU tour of likes and dislikes,
as well as a trip through America. Pat's or Geno's? Seattle or Portland? Could you
handle The Philly Taco?

2021: Artsier and Fartsier Than Ever

The boys are back for the first episode of the year to talk about resolutions, how they spent their time away from the mic, and what they have planned for the upcoming year. They also discuss Jordan’s recent viral Tik Tok videos, the highly popular NY video “Dinner for One,” and the new Disney Pixar film, “Soul,” and what the depiction of life and death could mean for kids.

The Nightmare Before Christmas

Jordan and Moe talk for the last time this year, on Christmas 2020, to bring you a lovely episode about the Christ Baby and Santa Clause, and why they're not traveling together to save gas! Thank you for listening, and thank you for supporting us. AFI will be back on January 7th, 2021. Have a Merry Christmas from Moe and Jordan.

The 50th Episode Special with David Gaffney

Cheers! It's the 50th episode of Artsy Fartsy Immigrants and the boys have invited musician David Gaffney back to the show to talk about his new single, "Miles," and what his plans are when Corona finally releases us all back into the wild. The conversation touches on the big, the small, the nerdy, and the hilarious. Don't miss this one!

The Klausen Special Part 2

On the second and final installment of the exploration into Klausentag, Moe breaks down what the Bavarian holiday means to him, and shares what some consider to be the highly-overlooked "beautiful side" of Klausentag. We also hear two first-hand experiences from Klausen themselves. One of whom is a woman who takes part in the St. Barbara Run every December 4th, and one is a guy who just ran the "cancelled" Oberstdorf Klausentag of 2020, only a few days ago.

The Klausen Special Part 1

On Part 1 of 2, Jordan breaks down not only his own fears and experiences with the German holiday (normally taking place every December 6th), but he also gets the insider scoop from an old-timer who's been around the Klausen block more than once. And to top it off we have a great story from a hilarious friend about her inability to process Klausentag.
